Search the web for current information and read the full content of any website.

What It Does

The Web app gives your digital team mates the ability to search the internet and read web pages. It is the go-to app for finding up-to-date information like prices, weather, sports scores, stock prices, and general facts.

Available skills:

• Search – Runs a web search and shows results with titles, descriptions, and links. You can search for multiple topics at once (up to 5 in parallel).
• Read – Opens a web page and reads its full text content so your mate can summarise it, answer questions about it, or extract key points.

Focus mode (in development):

• Research – For complex topics, this mode runs multiple searches from different angles to give you a more complete and balanced picture. It checks sources for conflicts of interest and looks at a topic from multiple viewpoints.

How to Use It

• Ask any question about current information: “What is the weather in Berlin?”
• Paste a link and ask your mate to read it: “Summarise this article: https://example.com/article”
• Compare multiple things: “Compare the prices of the iPhone 16 and Galaxy S25”
• Your mate will automatically choose web search when it needs up-to-date information.

Tips

• For programming documentation, your mate will use the Code app’s documentation lookup instead of web search – it is faster and more accurate.
• For news specifically, your mate will use the News app which is optimised for articles.
• Results show preview cards with titles, descriptions, and links. Click on any result to open it in a new tab, or open it in fullscreen for more detail.
• You can save websites to your bookmarks or read-later list through the Web app settings.
