Browse, discover, and manage all available apps.

What It Does

Apps is where you can explore all the apps your digital team mates can use. Think of it like an app marketplace on your phone – you can browse apps, see what they do, check their pricing, and manage which ones are active.

Where to find it: Settings > Apps

What You Can See

App Cards

Each app is shown as a card with its icon, name, and a short description. Click on any card to see full details.

App Details

When you open an app, you can see:

  • What it does – A full description of the app
  • Skills – The specific actions the app can perform, with pricing shown per skill
  • Focus modes – Specialised conversation modes offered by the app
  • Memories – Preferences and data you can save for this app
  • Providers – Which external services the app uses (for transparency)

Browsing Categories

Apps are organised into helpful categories:

  • Top picks for you – Personalised recommendations based on your conversations
  • Most used – The most popular apps across all users in the last 30 days
  • New apps – Recently added apps
  • For work – Productivity and professional tools
  • For everyday life – General purpose apps for daily use

You can also search for apps by name, description, or skill name.

Managing Apps

  • All apps are available by default
  • You can remove apps you do not need by clicking “Uninstall” in the app details
  • Removed apps will not be used by your mates when processing your messages
  • You can reinstall any removed app at any time

Pricing

The Apps shows the cost of each skill in credits. Some skills have a fixed cost per use, while others vary depending on the provider or model used. Pricing is always shown before a skill is used.

Privacy

  • Browsing the Apps is not tracked
  • Your personalised “top picks” are calculated on your device, not on the server
  • “Most used” data is fully anonymous with no user-specific information
  • All pricing is shown transparently before any skill is used
